Lunch at my husband’s grandparents was very nice. There were chips and drinks out before lunch was served and I didn’t have anything. Today was another successful food day but I was so hungry after the kids were in bed I practically had another meal. I could have eaten nachos or cookies but instead made a healthier choice. Today I had a really successful day food wise. I felt really good about my choices, felt satisfied and didn’t even think about having a snack after the kids were in bed.
