Today I had a really successful day food wise. I felt really good about my choices, felt satisfied and didn’t even think about having a snack after the kids were in bed.

Here’s what I ate today:

Breakfast:

  • 1 cup Corn Bran cereal with 1/2 cup 1% milk

Lunch:

  • 1/2 turkey sandwich on whole wheat bread with light mayo, cheddar cheese and lettuce
  • 1 cup grapes
  • 1 cup raw carrots
  • 1 cup vegetable bean Smart Ones soup

Snack:

  • 8 melba toast crackers with all-fruit raspberry jam
  • caffeine-free diet cola

Dinner:

  • Chicken burger on whole wheat flat pita bun with light mayo and lettuce
  • 8 potato wedges
  • 1 cup broccoli
  • 1 cup raw carrots
