Fibre One cereal_box_right_honeyI had seen a commercial on TV for Fibre 1 cereal and the next time I was at the grocery store I decided to pick one up. I chose the Honey Clusters variety because it was the lowest in calories and still really high in fibre. We are big cereal eaters in our family and despite how healthy the label says it is, if it doesn’t taste good, it won’t get eaten.
When I woke up this morning I found that my box of cereal had already been opened by my husband so he must of thought they looked good too.
One cup is 200 cal, 1.5g fat and a whopping13g of fibre and very tasty. The flakes are a little dry but overall I really enjoyed them. I’ll have to ask my husband what he thought of them too and see if it keeps me feeling full all morning.
Just a note that in Canada it’s called Fibre 1 and in the US it’s called Fiber One.
